Good morning, this is a “Thank You” note for the excellent
care and kindness I received from you and your staff when
you replaced a tooth on my upper denture. Everyone was
so nice. This type of treatment is rare now days. I have had
this set (dentures) for almost 30 years. This was the first
time anything had happened. You made them look the same.

On September 13th, I was in your office to pick up a partial. I
wish I had the foresight to get the name of the lab
technician who visited me while I was there. He did a terrific
job and I want to thank you both for the most pleasant look
and fit. I revisited the dentist here who tells me that both
partials are identical but if I am unhappy with his work, he
strongly suggests I get 2 implants to the tune of $2,000.00,
after which he will make the necessary partial for only
$7,000.00. He will not reimburse me for the $75.00 repair you
made for the broken tooth on a partial that was 2 months
old. He has lost a patient. For any problems I may encounter
in the future, I will make the 1,000 mile trip to your office. I
appreciate all you have done and please thank the lab
technician for me.

Just wanted to thank you and your staff. The transition from
natural teeth to dentures is not a pleasant experience,
however, I am totally amazed how easy it was. My new
